Very happy with the overall service. I had problems with my phone not pairing with Sync after a week. I went back and my salesman Tony assisted me again to get the phone working. He even offered to take my Escape through the car wash. Very impressed with the service. Great Dealership.

The two main guys I did business with Ron Sarno the sales consultant and Terry Nielson the truck manager were above excellent. They had other consultants helping explain the "sync" system and everything else about the truck. The whole staff was very professional and a great team!
